Having regard to the fact that during the pendency of the writ application, the Director, Primary Education noticing the illegality committed in the matter of transfer and posting, took decision to cancel all the transfer and posting, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj to take an appropriate decision with regard to posting of the petitioner in accordance with the Rules. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the Respondent No.7 within a period of 30

Patna High Court CWJC No.5826 of 2018(4) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Until fresh order passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj, the petitioner shall not be disturbed from the present place of posting.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
