The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dandkhora P.S. Case No. 57/2014 registered under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation that the petitioners ravished the informant, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
