The petitioner is in custody in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 115 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 11-A of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 15.05.2019.

Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he has committed offence under the provisions of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act. He further submits that the police has already submitted charge-sheet. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named
