The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2015 registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 338, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that the petitioner is a lady aged about 70 years. The only allegation against her is that she threw a brick upon the informant causing injury over his right wrist. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
