2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 467, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3.It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a dispute, which is essentially of civil nature and earlier Complaint Case No. 448 of 2013 was filed by the informant for the same reason in which the petitioner has been granted bail.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the date
