2. Though the petitioner had moved the Court for the following releifs:

"That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant the post retiral dues of gratuity and leave encashment including arrears of difference amount of pay on account of 6th pay revision w.e.f. 01.01.2006 and 20% of remaining arrears on account of grant of first A.C.P. to the

but after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition for taking up the matter before the appropriate forum in terms of the judgment dated 13.03.2018 passed in L.P.A. No. 1018 of 2017.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
