The petitioner has filed a representation on 16th July, 2018 as stated by him in Paragraph 11 of the writ petition for the redressal of his grievances pertaining to payment of retiral dues on account of the promotion order of the year 2013. The difference of the amount on account of such a benefit is being claimed by him under different heads. This issue can be resolved by a decision on his representation by the competent authority.
