1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.a. For quashing the letter no. 1966 dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.22361 of 2014(3) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 07.09.2013 issued by Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Sadar, Gaya, District-Gaya by which direction has been given to the Circle Officer, Manpur, District-Gaya to demolish the unauthorized construction which are being made over Pahari Par which is by the side of Sita Kund bearing Plot No. 105, Village- Salempur Sitakund and unauthorized removal report must be apprised to the undersigned.
b. Also for directing to the respondents to not disturb the petitioner in any manner over Plot No.105 situated in Village-Salempur Anchal, Manpur, District-Gaya."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent no.3, i.e. the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Sadar, Gaya, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
