ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaya Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 181 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 387, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is an old man and the dispute arose between landlord and tenant with regard to vacating the shop. It is further submitted the similarly situated co-accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail vide order dated 09.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27327 of 2015.

Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50479 of 2015 (3) dt.11-01-2016 that the petitioner is an old man, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gaya Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 181 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
