2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 151 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 1511 grams of brown sugar was recovered from the co-accused Sudama Kumar. On interrogation, he disclosed that the seized brown sugar was supplied to him by one Abhimanyu Kumar @ Mannu, one Radha Devi @ Bhabhi and by one Guddu Kumar who are in custody.

4. The petitioners are in custody since 02.07.2025 and have four criminal antecedents of similar and serious nature.

5. Considering the nature of accusation levelled against the petitioner and also considering the recovery of brown sugar, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
