JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 30.07.2019 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 19517 of 2018. It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioner that since

the encroachment proceedings have already stood initiated, hence the petitioner is seeking review of the order of this court dated 30.07.2019 to the effect that there is no requirement on the part of the petitioner to approach the concerned Circle Officer for initiation of fresh proceeding.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the concerned Circle Officer.

Liberty so sought is granted. The present petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
