1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 344, 354, 354-A, 328, 504 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/5 (A) (B)/6(1A)(3-A) of the Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act, 1956.

3. As per the prosecution case, girls from Odisha were called to Bihar in the name of performing in the theater but the petitioner and his son used to force them in prostitution.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2023 and the allegation levelled against the petitioner is false. He has been doing the business of theater but not prostitution.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has offered to deposit Rs. 1 lakh in Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Swami Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar - 842002.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Arwal in connection with Arwal Mahila P.S. Case No. 21 of 2023.

8. Petitioner's bail bond shall be accepted only after he produces the receipt of deposit amount issued by Ram Krishna Mission Sevashrama, Swami Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur, Bihar - 842002.
