2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 86 of 2024 dated 12.06.2024, lodged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi.

3. As per the prosecution, FIR has been lodged against 9 named accused persons including the present petitioner. The allegation against the present petitioner is that he has assaulted the informant by farsa on his head due to which, the informant was badly injured.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel

Counsel further submits that nothing incriminating has been recovered from petitioner's possession. Counsel submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 13.06.2024 and ready to fulfill all conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon him.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there is specific and direct allegation against the petitioner of assault on the informant's head by farsa, due to which informant was badly injured.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U T
