The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mansi P.S. Case no. 156 of 2019, registered under Section 341, 323, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 21.06.2019 at about 9.00 P.M. while informant Savita Devi was engaged in preparing meal, at that time, her family member Rakesh Kumar (Petitioner No.3) started scuffle in the family and tried to put fire in the house. Thereafter, informant reached there and tried

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60416 of 2019(2) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 to pacify the matter, but petitioner No.3 Rakesh Kumar, Ashok Mahto, Ghurni Devi (Pettiioenr No.1) and Pooja Devi (Petitioner No. 2) caused injury through Dabiya at the head of her husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to family dispute, the informant lodged the present case with false allegation. Moreover, the injuries as found on the person of informant and her husband are simple in nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
