2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103, 3(5) and 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
