Following is the relief, sought for, by the petitioner in the present writ application:

" To save the Patna-Danapur Distributory (known as Patna Surakhsha Bandh) which is being damaged by the authorities of Road Construction Departnment (Patna West) by digging the Surakhsa Bandh 8 feet deep for converting the Bandh into a short Road for about one kilometre cons pirating with association of Builders, Land Grabbers and Land Mafias".

A counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of respondent No. 3 wherein claims made by the petitioner, have been admitted in part.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15576 of 2016(3) dt.07-01-2019 2/2 The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Patna (respondent No. 3) who shall consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order and if, finding the grievance of the petitioner to be correct, any rectification is required to be made in respect of the project, appropriate action shall be taken on the part of the respondent No. 3. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
