The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 175 of 2021 arising out of Garkha P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was twice rejected by this Court vide orders dated 03.03.2020 and 10.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 15272 of 2020 and 4928 of 2021 respectively. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that charge has been framed and the petitioner is under custody since 26.06.2019.
