2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 326, 324 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, Vinod Rai and Ranjeet Rai have been killed by the petitioners and others by slitting the throat of the two deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is in custody since 31.03.2023. Petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that sufficient materials are available on record to connect the petitioners with the crime.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, even if some co-accused has been granted bail. This application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioners.
