Patna High Court CWJC No.10590 of 2017 (2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 was under the impression that at the time when the writ petition was filed, the State Appellate Authority was not functional. In case the petitioner files appeal within the period of one month from today along with copy of this order, the State Appellate Authority is required to decide the appeal on its own merit. The State Appellate Authority will consider the desirability of condoning the delay in view of the fact that the writ petition filed by the petitioner remain pending for nearly one year. With the aforesaid, this writ application is disposed of accordingly.
