2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The case of the prosecution, according to the informant, is that on 14.02.2025 at about 6:00 P.M. the informant was sitting in her house. During that time, her child threw water in the courtyard. On this, the accused persons started abusing the informant and when she tried to stop them

On this, when her husband and two sons came to rescue her, all the accused persons started assaulting them with lathi, danda and iron rod due to which her husband got injured and fell down on the ground. Thereafter, the petitioner came and assaulted her son with iron rod due to which he also became injured and having got injuries in his head fell down and became unconscious. In course of such occurrence, one accused Md. Zakir snatched her gold chain and Rs. 20,000/- and warned her that if she will file any case then she will be shot dead.
4. As per F.I.R. petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of the informant, Allauddin and the doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st Class, Udakishunganj, District- Madhepura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 27
