NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 10-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Accountant General, Bihar, Patna.
Learned counsel for the State and the Accountant General have stated in their respective counter affidavits that all the post retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner who retired from the post of ANM from Primary Health Centre, Ekma, Saran w.e.f. 31.07.2017.
Petitioner had taken time to verify the said position and now submits that there is some discrepancy in payment of
Patna High Court CWJC No.1711 of 2018(4) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 retiral dues.
Be that as it may, let the petitioner approach the respondent no. 4, the Chief Medical Officer, Chapra, Saran with regard to his remaining retiral dues, if any, by way of representation which will be disposed of by the respondent no. 4 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of filing of such representation. If any dues is remaining, the same would be paid within one month thereafter.
Writ application is disposed of accordingly.
