2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 140(1), 238 r/w 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R., petitioner is only alleged to be order-giver. She is not alleged to have participated in the killing of son of informant. Petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent and is in custody since 27.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.
