JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-02-2023 The present petition has been filed for restoring a petition bearing CWJC No. 3886 of 2020, which has stood dismissed on account of non-prosecution, by an order dated 27.9.2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the counsel for the petitioner was ill, hence, could not appear before this Court when the case was called out for hearing.

Having regard to the submission made by the

Patna High Court MJC No.2204 of 2022(2) dt.01-02-2023 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 3886 of 2020 to its original file.

The present restoration petition stands allowed.
