JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR of Barahiya P.S. Case No. 101 of 2015 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act of 2003. On perusal of the FIR as contained in Annexure-2 to the present writ petition, I find that ingredients of the offence punishable under Section 135 of the Electricity Act are clearly attracted.
