17-12-2015 Heard Sri Ravindra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody in Khodwanpur P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that it was a case of love-affair and the victim was fallen in love with co-accused Abu Bakar Ansari and as such, a prayer has been made for grant of bail.

I have perused the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., which has been brought on record, as Annexure - 2 to the present petition as well as the F.I.R. The victim is aged about 15 years.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55339 of 2015 (2) dt.17-12-2015 2/2 In view of nature of accusation, I am not inclined to grant bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
