2. This application has been preferred for the following reliefs:

(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the departmental proceeding bearing departmental proceeding no. 62/14 initiated and pending against the petitioner since long without any substance progress;

(ii) to hold and declare that the charges leveled against the petitioner are non-existed and

Patna High Court CWJC No.5574 of 2018(3) dt.27-09-2023 2/2 on those charges, the petitioner cannot be subjected to domestic enquiry.

3. It is surprising that initiation of departmental proceeding is/are being challenged. It would be appropriate that the petitioner cooperate in the proceeding so that the matter comes to a logical conclusion.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
