JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-01-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for setting aside the order passed by the District Education Officer, Vaishali dated 31.10.2013, whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been terminated from the post of Assistant Teacher in the middle school.

The learned counsel for the respondents, referring to the counter affidavit, has submitted that the District Education Officer, Vaishali by an order dated 31.08.2015 has directed the petitioner to submit his joining in the school pursuant to his reappointment and subsequent joining on 05.08.2015 in the office of District Education Officer, Vaishali.

The aforesaid contention made by the respondents is
