JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of abusing by calling caste name and making assault for dispossessing the informant from the land in question.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled. The First Information Report was registered on 22.09.2015 which reached to the Court of learned SDJM on 24.09.2015 which suggests that by ante-dating F.I.R has been registered.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioners

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54713 of 2015 (2) dt.03-12-2015 2/2 surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 216 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
