The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 342, 504, 506, 386, 387, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner started to make firing upon the informant. They assaulted the uncle of the informant with butt of pistol causing fracture on his head.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is a case and

Injuries on the side of the accused persons have not been explained by the prosecution. The prosecution has not come with clean hands. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completion of seven months in custody from 23.05.2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of seven months in custody from 23.05.2019 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Barauni (FCI-O.P.) P.S. case No.216 of 2019.
