The marriage of deceased had taken place in the year, 2008 and petitioner happens to the elder brother-in-law of the deceased. The written report of the informant shows that it was husband of the deceased, who had made illegal demand and subjected her to cruelty, prior to her death. No doubt, there is accusation that petitioner and others took the deceased and killed her but taking note of the above said facts as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Munger in connection with Asarganj P.S. Case No. 36 of 2013.
