The petitioners have approached this Court for a direction to the respondents to consider their case for absorption in Class III and IV posts.

The petitioners were instructors in Non-Formal Education Scheme.

The issue with regard to absorption of erstwhile NonFormal Instructors was considered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 8418 of 2010 and the decision passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8418 of 2010 was

Patna High Court CWJC No.10186 of 2017 dt.03-05-2018 2/2 approved by the L.P.A. Court in L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011. The said decision was followed in several writ applications. Considering the aforesaid, this writ application is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioners in the light of orders passed in C.W.J.C. No.8118 of 2010 and L.P.A. No. 1489 of 2011 and other cases and take final decision with regard to the petitioners within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
