The claim of benefits under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (herein after referred to as the 'MACP') have been made available to the petitioner, as is manifest from officer order bearing Memo No. 8390, dated 31.12.2021, as contained in Annexure- A to the counter affidavit, issued by the Engineer-in-Chief (HQ), Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if there is any discrepancy in the grant, the petitioner shall avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law.
