Petitioner is in jail custody since 12.5.2015 on the accusation that one loaded country made katta was recovered from his conscious possession and so far as seized motorcycle is concerned, the same is not stolen property.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sudhir Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nawada/ concerned court in Sirdala P.S. Case no. 80/2015.
