In this case, petitioners are seeking bail in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016, G.R. No. 2216 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 47/57 (i) of the Bihar Excise Act.

From the house of these petitioners, 20 litres of prepared liquor has been recovered and rest 60 litres was in process of manufacturing.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two
