This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.
The recovery of the looted articles appears to have been made near from the shop of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a shopkeeper and the articles were not seized from his possession and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54814 of 2015 (3) dt.03-03-2016 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2015.
