JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 This writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the FIR of Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016 dated 29.07.2016 registered under Sections 409, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
At the outset, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that on completion of investigation, the police have already submitted final form holding the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1013 of 2016(2) dt.04-01-2019 2/2 innocent.
In view of the submission made above, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
