Petitioner is accused in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2018 registered under Sections 394/34 of the I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 57335 of 2019 on 13.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-
