2. The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2022 in connection with Surajgarha P.S. Case No. 395/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c) and 25 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 470 kg of Ganja has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the huge quantity of Ganja, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner . It is, accordingly, rejected.
