The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to execute the order dated 30.03.2015 by which the D.C.L.R. allowed the petition of the petitioner filed under Section 4(J) of the Bihar land Disputes Redressal Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that D.C.L.R. directed the C.O. to get the land of the petitioner under the Privileged Homestead Tenancy Act demarcated and hand over the possession to the petitioner but the C.O., Bidupur sat over the matter and did not pass any order. It appears that under Section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Redressal Act, there is a provision for execution of the order passed by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17756 of 2016(3) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 competent authority but the petitioner did not file any execution case for execution of the order passed by the D.C.L.R., Hajipur in Land Disputes Redressal Case No.357 of 2013-14. In this view of the fact, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to present execution case before the competent authority who shall pass order in accordance with law within four months from the date of receipt of such petition. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
