1. Heard learned counsels for the parties.

2. This writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 15.07.2022 passed by the Arbitrator-cumCommissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya (Respondent No.3) whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected in

Patna High Court CWJC No.14420 of 2023(2) dt.12-01-2024 2/3 Arbitration Case No. 479 of 2018 and further to direct the District Land Acquisition Officer, Nawada (Respondent No. 6) to pay compensation for the land of the petitioner appertaining to Khata No. 25, Khesra No. 1920 and 1919, Thana No. 102, Anchal- Hisua, Total Area- 13 decimals, which has been acquired by the respondent-Authorities for the purpose of widening National Highway No. 2.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for disposal of this writ application with a direction to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Nawada (Respondent No. 6) to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner, which is pending before him, dated 23.09.2022 (Annexure-P-6 to the writ application).

4. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Nawada (Respondent No. 6) is directed to dispose of the representation dated 23.09.2022 (Annexure-P-6 to the writ application) which is said to have been filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
