2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 303 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 290, 427, 269, 270, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 12.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 52187 of 2022 as contained in Annexure '2 series' to the bail application. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Gaya Kotwali P.S. Case No. 303 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
