1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.2 of 2022 (arising out of Barauni P.S. Case no.146 of 2021) registered under sections 411, 412 and 413 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on a raid being conducted, the petitioner was arrested along with others and a loaded country made pistol was recovered from his possession.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent. He is in custody since 3.4.2021.

5. The prayer for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner together with his being in custody for more than 2 years 6 months since 3.4.2021, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Sessions Trial no.2 of 2022 (arising out of Barauni P.S. Case no.146 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai.
