JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2022 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to remove encroachment made over the land situated in Mauza Fatehpur Police Station Daraunda, Anchal Daraunda, Thana no. 164, Khata no. 144, Survey Plot no. 725. The learned counsel for the respondent State has filed a counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that an encroachment case bearing Encroachment case no. 06 of 2018-19 has been initiated by the Circle officer, Daraunda and the same would definitely be taken to its logical end. Accordingly, the Circle Officer, Daraunda is directed to pass final orders under Section 6(1) of Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and take appropriate action, in
Patna High Court CWJC No.1456 of 2018(3) dt.19-07-2022 2/2 accordance with law, after hearing the effected parties. It is needless to state that the final order shall be passed within a period of 08 weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
