The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385, 386, 419, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that he received an anonymous letter alleging to return Rs. 45 lakhs which he had taken from people in the name of getting job failing which he will have to face consequences, further the letter had the stamp of CPI(M), it is next alleged that

No.67619 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/3 the said letter was issued to coerce him into submission so that he does not ask for his Rs. 10,40,000/- which he had given to petitioner No. 1 and Rana Pratap for getting job to his two daughters but they siphoned off the money and his daughters did not get the job, it is also alleged that the accused persons, including the petitioners, are involved in the occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that as far as petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, there is no specific allegation against them and against petitioner no.1, it is alleged that he along with Rana Pratap had taken Rs.
10,40,000/- in the name of providing job to his daughters and they siphoned off the money. Learned counsel further submits that if what has been alleged in the FIR is true, then even the informant is equally liable to be punished as seeking appointment through backdoor on the strength of bribe is an offence, it is further submitted that informant had siphoned off money from villagers in the name of giving them jobs and thus to avert returning the money, the present false case came to be instituted.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 127 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Rishi/- U T
