This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification in the order dated 25.06.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.18286 of 2015 by this Court with regard to extend the period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide order dated 25.06.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No.18286 of 2015, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks, the petitioner was granted bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Motihari, East Champaran, in connection
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55969 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 with Pakaridayal P.S. Case No.30 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. but the petitioner could not surrender within six weeks as granted by this Court by the said order. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner in the court below. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the period of surrender of the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case in the court below is further extended for four weeks from today and this application is, accordingly, allowed with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 25.06.2015 passed in Criminal Misc.
