JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 342, 379, 385, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusations are of demanding extortion, resorting to fire, though no injury was caused and taking out mobile from the house of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is nephew of the informant as father of the petitioner and informant are own brother and in the background of property dispute the accusation has been levelled.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54727 of 2015 (2) dt.03-12-2015 2/2 Bihpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur. With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
