JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-09-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Warsaliganj, Nawada for removal of the encroachment made over public pond/ land in question situated at village- Mahiye, Anchal and P.S. Warsaliganj, District Nawada. Liberty so sought is granted and in case the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Warsaliganj, Nawada by filing an appropriate complaint under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, the Circle Officer, Warsaliganj shall initiate proceedings under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and after granting opportunity of filing objections to the encroachers shall pass final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, without any delay.
