"This writ application is being filed for direction to learned Sub Divisional Officer, Sitamarhi to dispose of the representation filed on 17.11.2017, which is still pending before the learned Sub Divisional Officer, Sitamarhi."

Aforesaid prayer is allowed to be incorporated in the writ application. I.A. No. 4499 of 2018 is allowed.

Petitioner in the writ application has prayed for regular supply of food grains and kerosene oil for distribution amongst the beneficiaries, as he is a P.D.S. dealer.

This writ application is disposed of with direction upon the Sub Divisional Officer, Sitamarhi to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2017 within a period of one month from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
