1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. No submissions are advanced on the merits of the matter by learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. As per averment in the writ petition, the petitioners are claiming fixation of pay scale after grant of ACP, MACP, etc..

4. The State in the counter-affidavit has disputed and denied the claim of the petitioners by submitting that in terms of

Patna High Court CWJC No.352 of 2022(3) dt.27-09-2023 2/2 the decision passed by the full bench in the case of Mobina Khatoon vs. The State of Bihar and Ors. reported in 2019 (1) PLJR 1015, all admissible and due benefits have already been granted to the petitioners.

5. This aspect has not been denied or disputed by the petitioners either by filing rejoinder or making any submissions in this regard. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners' representation dated 01.12.2021 may be directed to be disposed of.

6. The facts and assertions in the counter-affidavit being not disputed or denied, this court is not inclined to issue any direction for disposal of the petitioners' representation.

7. Writ application is dismissed.
