JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a judgment dated 27.07.2017 passed by the learned Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 269 of 2016.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4 to examine the case of the petitioner herein and in case his case is found to be covered by the aforesaid judgment dated 27.07.2017, the same and similar relief may be granted to the petitioner herein.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7496 of 2018 (3) dt.26-09-2018 2 /2 It is needless to state that in case the respondent no.4 finds the claim of the petitioner to be genuine, the consequential benefits should be paid expeditiously.
